关于2019年中国政府奖学金年度评审及延期的通知
全体中国政府奖学金生：
根据中国国家留学基金委的要求，我院将组织全校中国政府奖学金生的年度评审及延期工作。年度评审是对在我校学习的中国政府奖学金生的一次综合评价，考察内容为过去一年的学习成绩、学习态度、考勤情况、行为表现和奖惩情况。评审未通过的学生将不能享受下一年度的奖学金，也不能顺利延期奖学金。评审未通过的学生，奖学金将被取消。
请注意:所有参评学生需提供入学以来所有考试成绩单以及论文发表情况（论文发表情况 仅限于硕士生或博士生）。
年度评审 （王老师）
请各位同学务必认真对待此次工作。参加评审的学生应先在网站下载《中国政府奖学金评审表》，认真填写并在所在院系签字盖章。
4月27日前交到207办公室
奖学金延期 (周老师)
奖学金延期学生仅限于公费博士研究生。请申请延期的学生准备好《中国政府奖学金评审表》、《中国政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表》（要求导师明确说明中期考核、开题报告及论文写作情况）、大使馆出具的同意函。
4月30日前交到西教学楼207办公室。
特别说明：
1、凡在我校学习期限超过一学年(两个学期)以上者，或原定学习期限结束后申请延长奖学金期限的奖学金生均需参加奖学金年审。
2、将于2019年7月毕业的学生（本硕博）不需要参加年审。
3、凡是不参加奖学金评审的，将取消奖学金资格。

Notice of the Annual Review on theChinese Government Scholarship
To all the scholarship students :
According to the documentary requirements of China Scholarship Council，our college is going to organize Chinese government Scholarship students to be annually reviewed. Annual review is a comprehensive evaluation on the Chinese Government Scholarship students in our university who are hoping to enjoy the next year’s scholarship. The content to be reviewed includes Academic Transcripts, Learning Attitude, Attendance, Behaviors, Rewards and Punishment Cases.
Those students who cannot pass the review will not be eligible to continue the next year's scholarship. Your scholarship will be cancelled if you do not pass the review.
Please hand in your transcripts (2018-2019) and your publication (Master & Ph.D)
Annual Review （Mr Wang 62905619）
All scholarship students are expected to deal with this review seriously. Students who participate in the review can download the "Chinese Government Scholarship Review Form", then they should complete and print the form by yourself ，get the signature from your supervisor and the stamp of you college, return it to the international students office,Room 207 before April 30th,2018.
Extension (Mr Zhou 62905619）
Only PHD students can apply for scholarship extension. The documents are: Chinese Government Scholarship Review Form、Chinese Government Scholarship Extension Form(It is a requirement that your supervisor should agree and give a clear explanation about your learning attitude, behavior，proposal defense and thesis. )、Agreement Paper from Embassy---submit to the international students office,Room 207 before April 30th,2019.
Note:
1. All scholarship students who study in HFUT over one year(two semesters)must take part in this review.
2. The scholarship students who will graduate in July 2019 as planned don't need to take part in this review.
3. The scholarship will be cancelled if you refuse to attend Annual Review or Extension.
